the october edit

02/11/2019

As we’ve approached a new month, I wanted to start doing little monthly roundups and edits, of how the past month went for me, what I did and some things to achieve this month!

October has been bit of a busy month but also chill in some areas, it felt like ‘the calm before the storm’ type of month, whereby the storm will happen in November! I’ve gone back to uni and started year 3 which is a whole event in itself. By all means this is going to be the busiest year of uni, trying to stay on top of uni assignments as well as do a whole dissertation alongside. October for me in terms of uni means being very organised, writing up my deadlines and planning my months ahead of time. As previously mentioned I’ve got a dissertation to write which means loads of planning and research prior and getting into a placement to my research.

Aside from uni, I got back into blogging regularly…kind of, which is nice and I’m actually enjoying the type of content I’m putting out there. I also did my first paid partnership on Instagram this month which was exciting. I’ve been planning blog posts for the next couple weeks so can’t wait to share those too.

I’ve also got back into reading and have finished a few books over the past few weeks which was good as my to be read pile was very big and daunting. There’s nothing more annoying than wanting to buy new books but knowing you still have to get through about 15 books is going to take you a while.

I treated myself to this gorgeous ring from the EsteexDaisy Goddess collection and I am in love with it. It’s a hexagon shape with a sun in the middle and 2 crescent moons on either side. It’s such a dainty but also feels like a statement piece too!

This month I also had a day out at Hampstead and I actually did a full blog post on this and all of the photos that I took, you can read that HERE!

Things to achieve in November;

Hope you enjoyed reading this blog post, comment down below some of your November goals.
