Oh hey there June, didn’t see ya coming! No seriously though, June for me is the start of summer and feeling all the summer vibezzz and prepping for my annual summer holiday. However, with the thunders and rain showers we’ve been having here in London, makes it feel like December rather than June. I thought I’d change up my monthly roundup posts a bit and do a separate post on my monthly goals, as some months I don’t have much going on so there’s not much to write in a blog post! Here are the goals I have set myself this month:
1. Start holiday shopping and outfit prepping (!!!)
I’m flying to Turkey in July for my summer holiday so I need to get all my summer shopping done and out the way by July as well as prepping and planning some cute outfits for my holiday too!
2. Read 3 books.
Reading is always on my goals lists as it’s something I love doing but don’t do it often as much as I just ‘forget’ to be honest! So setting myself the goal is reading 3 books this month!
3. Stick to my blog schedule.
I’ve made a blog content schedule earlier on today and my goal is to stick to it this month and produce 3 blog posts a week!
4. Catch up with my scrapbook album!
I keep a scrapbook album of photos of me and friends and family as I love looking through them so I always print them out and scrapbook them in a big black scrapbook. I like doing this as I can get creative with it but also keep it as an album. So I need to catch up on the loose photos I have before I print out more. However, for the scenic and landscape images from this summers holiday I’m planning to change it up and do another style of album for them.
5. Reach 2.2k on Instagram!
Yes Instagram is not all about the numbers but I do like to set myself small milestones here and there or insta as I love posting on there, it’s literally my fave and most used app! You can follow me on Instagram, through this link!!
6. Start going on daily walks and hit 5000 steps daily!
I really want to start going on daily walks and hit the milestone of 5000 steps daily, I’m aware 5000 isn’t much but 5k on a daily would be enough for me to be honest.
